Premier Physio

About Premier Physio

Premier Physio is a well-established private physiotherapy practice based at Trafford Place on the High Street in Carrville, on the north-eastern side of Durham and handy for Belmont, Gilesgate and the communities off the A690. It provides thorough assessment, hands-on treatment and structured rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports-related problems, with the aim of relieving pain and restoring movement and strength.

Its out-of-centre location comes with easier parking than the city core, which suits drivers, and as a private practice it can typically offer prompt appointments without the wait of an NHS referral. Programmes usually blend manual therapy with tailored exercises to support recovery and prevent recurrence. It is best to contact the practice directly to check appointment availability, fees and any insurer arrangements.
