About Spice Lounge

Spice Lounge occupies St Nicholas Cottage on the Market Place, about as central as a Durham restaurant can be, and serves a wide menu of Indian classics in a casual, contemporary dining room. Alongside the familiar Madras, jalfrezi, rogan josh and vindaloo, the kitchen turns out tandoori grills, biryanis and house specials such as butter chicken and lamb passanda, with plenty for vegetarians.
